I joined in about a week ago, but I signed up for the lover category, since I’m not sure if I’ll be able to (re)read ‘6 of Austen originals. I’m trying to work on reading other classics beside hers.. Good luck!

Hi! I was just browsing your site when I came across this entry, with a graphic that looked very familiar to me! ;-) As you’re promoting the other site I’m sure you’re probably not aware that I’m the one who made the original graphic that has now been emblazoned with someone else’s URL…if you would please add a small note crediting me as the original maker I would be very much obliged. :-)
Here is the original image:

Hi olde.fashioned, well that is special! Your image has been used without permission? I think you need to have a conversation with the organizer of the Austen Challenge. I will gladly add your name to the image to give you full credit.

I really should post about this challenge regularly.
I think I will begin doing it at the end of each month from now on. http://www.boundtogetherforgood.blogspot.com
Has anyone completed any goals toward this reading challenge?
I did! I finished reading Emma in early March. It is the second Jane Austen title I have read. The other title I’ve read is Pride and Prejudice. I loved Pride and Prejudice and very much enjoyed reading Emma.
I wonder which title I will choose to read next…
I am so glad I know about this challenge!

I’m doing this!
I read Pride and Prejudice in February of 2010. Living in England convinced me I’d probably love her writing; and I do!
I finished reading Emma in March 2011.
I am reading/listening to Northanger Abbey right now.
I would like to read at least one more Jane Austen title during 2011.
